Do you charge for travel anywhere in DFW?
No. Estimates and installation are priced the same across the entire service area — a whole-home project in Fort Worth or Waxahachie costs what it would cost in McKinney.
What changes the number is the work itself: material, subfloor condition, stair counts and how much existing flooring has to come out.
Do you work with homebuilders on new construction across DFW?
Yes. Residential new construction for DFW builders is a core part of our business, and we are set up for it: we hold a construction schedule, we sequence around other trades, we document slab moisture and flatness, and we handle punch-list items without a fight.

Do you take on commercial flooring projects?
We do — offices, clinics, retail build-outs, and multi-unit residential right across the Metroplex. Commercial work usually means polished or stained concrete, commercial-grade LVT, or large-format porcelain.
We can work after hours or in phases to keep a space operating during installation.
How soon can you start a whole-home project?
Estimates are usually within a few days of your call. Scheduling the installation depends on material lead time more than on our calendar — in-stock LVP and carpet can often start within two weeks, while special-order hardwood or tile typically runs three to six weeks from order.
If you have a closing date, a move-in or a builder deadline, tell us at the estimate and we will build the schedule backwards from it.
